- I can never get the mute button on the headset work with MS Teams. On my only one time use, one of the plastic lock’s fell off on the road. These are perfect AND they have a rubber sole so I can walk outside without worrying about getting them dirty and wet! It was on the small size. It arrived already with one of the hooks broken and right on the first week use additional hooks broke while hanging coats.
