Build quality is fantastic, thing feels sturdy and robust. Plugged them in before handing them over to the tweens and was so happy with the sound and quality that I ended up keeping them for myself and will be ordering another pair for them! However according to Amazon policy all orders that they have fulfilled, they handle all customer support for. These fit the pros very well. Easy install and good quality. They are usually great, but these left me with a lot of little gripes. They are super comfy, breathable, and extremely light weight. I wish they were better built, but these barely made it six months 😔 Came with rubber gaskets for a custom and scratch free fit to the handlebars. - The connectivity is insane for this mouse!
