Many of the reviews mention they had to size up. Did not penetrate this hardwall! Thank you soooo much for offering these specialized shoes for swollen feet. Love this shoes, very comfy, highly recommend Works perfect, does what it says on the tin! They fit in the ear about the same as the flows did. The cable is very heavy gauge and will not produce any latency issues. They are dressy enough to wear with skirts yet work well at the beach or pool. I have initiated a return. My hope is it will grow on me once I work out the kinks and get used to its limitations.
