Hitting the BT button does not help to get it connected again. I sent them right back. I am a older, klutzy, arthritic lady with minimal DIY skills. The corners catches and slides off occasionally which is the only real con I have. When watching TV, that is, movies or anything else, bass is absolutely inaudible unless you play it in full sound. So, while the cups sit nicely around my ears it feels a bit too snug right now. Easily 24hours of music on a 5Ah battery. Just stunning. Most important is that after only 5 months the volume would go in and out from quiet to normal constantly. Range is at least 30-40 feet to other rooms.
