The thumb grips actually rub against the wrap--when fully revolving it--which tugs at the wrap. Nope that would only run at 2400mhz. No ventilation whatsoever and they seem much more narrow that the clogs, so they are snug on the sides but have heel/toe movement. The seat post rack really works, is very firm and attaches securely, and enhances the look of the bike.
