You cant help but smile whenever you look at the case. It is obvious the locks are only there to prevent persons from accessing the retaining bolts. with the boom arm fully extended, it doesnt tip over, and im not using and weights or sand bags. Once you take them out of the case they automatically prompt your phone for a connection. They are poorly made. But the loss of quality wasn’t worth the $20. My only complaint is if your hands sweat a lot, the grip does become slippery. It doesn’t have any weird dye smells like some things we buy online. Only issue is they can be a bit difficult to take off if you close them all the way. This looks nice for my guest room and I think it functions ok for that.
