Has two adjustable velcro straps, one over toes and one over ankle. One of the strap between the toe broke after two weeks. All of the reviews that I read said that these flip flops fit true to size, so I ordered a half size larger just to be sure. Sadly, I wore these outside before I realized this. I put rubber inner tube padding in between the clamps and the top of the aero bars (see photo) and that seems to be working fine. Don’t doubt based on negative reviews. Plenty of other companies provide multiple cables for using their product to actually use it.
