I filled the entire rack with 50 spice bottles of varying sizes, the largest on the top rack. Wanted some support, however, for every day use and these fit the bill. I cant recommend these enough! My sister is a physical therapist for the elderly at a,nursing home and when she started have problems with her feet the doctor said she needed to buy a better walking shoe, she didnt have the money so I bought these for her and when she got them she called me very, very happy. Thats what Im doing.
