Make sure you have the newest version. I wasted my money. Ordered my regular size 10 and it fits. Ive literally worn them for 5+ hours without my ears feeling sweaty or my head hurting. Pleasantly surprised at the comfort level with the low price point and very thin sole. just someone who doesnt want you guys to waste your money. Because of the size of the computer placing it out front with this mount actually puts it in exactly the right spot. The app has kind of a weird interface, but it does its job well. Not long after, the screw came out on the side of the hinge & the black lining that attaches to the AirPod case itself, came out. My best advice - buy bigger than you think you need because the chances are, they will shrink.
