I ordered 3 of these total - 2 in brown and 1 in white. 5 normally. So, I can wait and pray that the replacement cable is even going to work, or i can return the device altogether, and Im leaning towards the latter. The reason is because it appears like its the only "lower quality" thing about the shoe. Giving 3 stars because this is the second pair that I’ve purchased. Im in love😍😍😍 You wont find a better phone at this price. No issues so far, I always wipe down the charging surfaces periodically for best results. I love how the QC35 (bluetooth) over the ear headphones work but I hate how they leave you with "headphone hair". I usually wear a 8 but when I tried them on they were WAY too big especially on the heal.
