Have bought these several times. I finally had to stop using it for calls altogether and just use the headphones for listening only. Ich lade sie ca. Irritating too was the software which didnt work . Guess well have to include batteries as well if we decide to buy for them. They are exactly what I expected. I received the product without issue. I advise all buyers to do the same. I figured I could always add a piece of felt or a regular cushion if these were a little too large, but they fit perfectly with the little socks that don’t show. It does have a rubbery smell.
