They are light and very comfy. Unfortunately, a trip we were supposed to take got cancelled. Love, love, love, love these! Everything you need is provided except a 6mm allen wrench. Set it up in no time alone and it looks great! ProFitness has gotten great reviews from some of my "Insta-Favs" of the weightlifting world so I decided to give it a try. Im not sure if it loosened up, but I dont think so -- I just think I adjusted. Im obsessed with this tape!
