Overall I feel ok with the purchase No tools needed but after you remove the old earpads find the notch on the plastic earpiece. Really like the pivot spot on the soles. I have an issue with house shoes, with most slippers if I wear them without socks my feet sweat, only socks, my feet get to dry. Hot! I think that the cheap ivory body wash is better than this. For a headset labled "Sprint" they should stay in your ear when you jog. So very positive first impressions about the product. also the slides are easy to clean. (I use my swagbucks here @ Amazon.
