Its going to make a lovely display in his home. Like so many would be "audiophiles" of a certain age my first pair of "high end" headphones was the famous Sennheiser HD580. Comfortable, fits very well but very expensive when compared to other brands. on top of that the rubber started to come apart from the bottom sandal itself on the edges and the strap was not as comfortable as my old pair. Very easy to hang. Harder to drive somewhat, and with less layering, it is still quite admirable in sound. But the Bluetooth device is very easy to handle as the ear clip is rotatable to make the earpiece fit into left or right ear depending on how we like to use it. I think an improvement to the design would be to move the power button to the front of the can and allow more spacing and better positioning of the volume rocker and play/pause multi-function button. I am not going to send it back but a credit would be nice. Your calls are hear phenomenally, the callers hear you when you raise your voice very loud.
