) Ordered the next size up and did great! I dont want to go through the hassle of returning the unit only to find the problem exists on the replacement unit as well. Heres what I was told:"The battery is not user-replaceable, however, we do plan to have an out of warranty battery replacement program in place by the end of this year [2016]. Liked this case at first but just after four days of having it lost the top. This one just holds the original watch charger so you know it will work. The ear cups are comfortable to wear for extended periods, even with my glasses on, and the headset as a whole is quite light! It was like a switch was being turned on and off. Another quality product from ANKER. Wish the thigh length was a little longer but otherwise great! They are not as robust as my Bose headset however they are also 10% of the cost and get the job done very well.
