I will say they are a little painful to break in but after a couple days you forget all about it. The fact that the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow is not an issue, but once a pillow case is applied and the stuffing is rearranged, I sometimes find it difficult to find the ear hole in the night since I change sides frequently. I have never had my feet so sore in the middle (let alone the end) of my shift. Barb wire, constant water, cow crap, spiders, plumbing jobs, etc! So with my busy schedule, Im dressed in seconds. Its a light weight knit with 40-50% stretch across the bodice and only a bit of give in the vertical direction. My trusted vet uses this to clean my pets ears. These collars fit on my curl bar, my threaded barbell, my 5 barbell, my threaded barbell, my threaded dumbells, and my 400lb capacity barbell.
