Who knowsReview Update 9/16/17: I read about the new firmware so I bought them again updated to the latest firmware and no problems! This is not the performance that Duracell provides. There was also no way to turn off the controller’s speaker. Always knew that BOSE were rated well but I didnt anticipate the amazing bass that this little speaker puts out. We had to place this sideways to make it fit but it worked well. If I was able to get a replacement set of caps I would feel better recommending this product. But I’m not going to test it. I love this product in general, however I know its usually a little pricier than other lotions, however for a single 1 oz. Its always a heart pounding need to get to the end. Also, my home internet connection went down once and for some reason it seemed to make the app hiccup when I launched it - I tried it a few times - it would work but only after sitting for a bit and sometimes throwing me a message about my wifi.
