So my son ended up giving me one of these. I bought a second pair because I liked them so much! I have put an inner sole in the left to keep it in my foot and that has helped. item is new model. Now this is my second purchase. I thought I had ordered to small but they stretch after a while, I ordered my normal shoe which was tight at first but have now slackened of to fit ok. My daughter wore them to her prom. Feel very good on wearing. I am used to using small objects and I am well versed in how to be gentle and take care of my belongings. The material is soft and stretchy, but it still provides a ton of abdominal support once closed.
