I ran track, hurdles, played basketball in junior high, high school and two years in college, racket ball 3-5 times a week, runner, tennis and walked at lunch. The item was very well constructed. I dont think a dongle DAC/amp is necessary but if you have one youll get impressive extra volume. I would like to say the separation is not fantastic but could reach Sony wf 1000xm3 and Airpods (under regular mode). Only four stars ⭐️ awarded due to the price. But thats insignificant to anyone whose had soggy cushions on their ears listening to music. The speaker and charger fit perfectly and the case is durable enough to protect it. Youll notice if you search through amazon that it appears this same shoe is sold under different "brands". Even still, overall a great product. Also I’m 230lbs and 5’1.
