Two trips it rained on us. I have terrible ear tubes, scarring for infections as a kid, and I knew earplugs would be uncomfortable. I ordered these in my normal 10W. My toddler daughter loves these shoes. After just a couple hours wearing them on and off around the house, they ripped open (as pictured). I couldnt fault their customer service, they were professional, kind and very helpful. To find ur keys Its just OK. I was a bit skeptical at first and I expected pretty poor sound quality, but the first time I put them on and put some music on I was completely taken away by how great they sounded. for this amount of money Samsung should have included one (or should have made the case of better material in the first place).
