The boxes are soft and flimsy. Got these to hopefully take care of that problem, so far the fit is nice. A 3 fit her well. I probably wore them on my feet maybe a total of 20 times. I took a trip to Florida and brought these with me- you can see in the photo of the bottom of the shoe- never worn! I was worried at first that they were a bit on the small side, but thats just because they are new, and need to mold a bit to your feet. The bucket it came in is perfect for the mixture and the little wand, well, I didnt use it because I drained the water heater. However, they were unable to extend my 30 day free return period until the fix is delivered.
