I never feel like I always have to have them charging when not in use. Or, that is what many manufacturers seem to think these days. Tried turning off & back on but when trying to sync to Bluetooth again, it didnt connect. )I notice some are angry you cannot charge your device while using this headphone jack port connector but if you have a flat charging Samsung disc then you can set your phone on that but. The top horizontal bar must rest *on top of the molding*; otherwise, it wont stay up when youre pulling up on it (while a lot of your weight will be redirected into the door frame, theres still a downward vector which the molding above the door absorbs). It came with 2 lights out of 4 on the battery charge level and though it was plugged in via USB for 12 hours went from 1 light to no lights and would no longer power on. Unfortunately I had to return. If I receive a refund from fed ex I will buy from this seller again as they have been very helpful in trying to get me a refund from fed ex We wanted to wait before leaving a review for this heated towel rack. I purchased em last summer and have only been able to wear em literally only 3 times because they are soooooo painful to walk/stand in.
