This is one of those once-you-receive-it-you-understand-the-bad-reviews type of things. Fact: I hate overly enthusiastic reviews. Some manufacturers produce xl products that seem to be child sized. This product is amazing, very easy set up, practically plug and play. Now having used them, I am not disappointed. It holds 3 pairs of our sons shoes on each level. Having a physical control for gain levels on the fly is a must if youre looking to Twitch stream. They hang off or they are too tall (even just sneakers). Cant say Ive used these for making phone calls so cant comment on the microphone and sound quality when using it for phone call purposes. Also, I noticed some reviews mention the button backlighting does not stay on long enough.
