The adjustable straps are a big plus. The mic gets loose from time to time when you move it away from you mouth if you’re trying to get a drink or eat during long gaming/editing sessions. I will be permenantly closing mine with a little loop of thread and a needle. Needed a soft shoe for work and this does it I came out with no blisters and total comfort throughout the day.
