I really recommend this product and I will be buying more in the future. I can’t do super high shoes anymore, this gives enough height and sparkle to be sexy! No instructions no idea how to put it together so i had to return it The 13 is about right in length but the footbed is off. I purchased it to organise my kitchen closet. I hope the rack will last many years. Ha ha, just like that elusive good man --- I believe in back ups!
