I wouldve been happier if an actual sewn-in seam had popped loose than I was to see the poor workmanship that had been hidden using tape. For half the price (refurb), the BTX300 is VERY similar. I was initially pleased with the first pair of earphones that I received, however that lasted as long as a couple of months. I wish I had sent them back when I opened the package as they don’t look very strong. Ordered these in a size 9 (as opposed to recommended size 8) as that size was $20 cheaper and I thought that it wouldnt matter if they were a little big as they are slippers. dåligt! In the second picture, I show you the heel of both insoles. The worst part about this whole process was dealing with Logitech Customer Support. I typically am a size 10 and I like sizing up to an 11 in these. Lots of cushioning and arch support.
