Installing the bracket for the U-lock on my bike (a Trek Vere 3 Hybrid) was easy taking only a few minutes. Tried different RAM slot, still no luck. in Audio mode (non calls) any outside noise supression is strictly passive, meaning that only the phone tips (and head of the earphone) are in the way of any noise between you and the outside world. Although the tools that came with it are not very sufficient for me and I like to use my own for a quicker install/tear down of the rack. I only wish the case wasnt branded, but thats the day and age we live in I suppose. One was wider than the other one.
