Great customer service ! I would reccomend these to anyone with a non-destructive kid. The light that indicates it is charging does not turn green when it is done charging but the instructions do call for a full 8 hours every time you drain the battery. However, ER2 is only one-third of that price (Lets exclude amp and dac here. I purchased 3 different brands. VE LO GARANTISCO! I’ll probably give them more of that look as I tend to be hard on my shoes. You get good water beading. I wish I had one more. It’s really nice to have at work because the track pad is difficult to maneuver
