The box was beaten and crushed, but the contents were unharmed. For such a short story, (and it really is according to my own standards), it isnt bad. Not the case at all as one previous buyer had also responded to me. Absolutely loved them! Birkenstocks have to be the most comfortable sandals ever. But I do recommend you buy a Ccell android charger to charge the device itself you can use a regular android charger but it takes longer either one works but I prefer the CCell ones it charges the device faster! Didn’t even get 3 months of use out of them before they broke. I love that the wires dont tangle and the wire is better quality than most plus the sound for audio books is nice. They’re not Bose. 5 in sandals sometimes and i don’t have a width feet and fits me really good
