Now they do not even care to reply to my mails or answer my calls. Its a pack of 8 and I only needed 4, so I gave half to my dad. I bought this thinking I would receive the Classic Rack, but got the MTB rack instead. A small bummer that it does not have volume control. I went through 2 pairs of these in a year! I cant comment on durability or battery life. They provide a LOT of holes you can use to mount to real supports, or if they do not line up put up a 2x6 attached to wood, then screw these into that. The product looks great and is easy to install. Was pretty bummed out. There was nothing easy about this installation.
