I ordered the hitch tightener with the rubber coating on the u-bolt and received the one in the picture. Super easy to put together comes with easily removable sheets on the bottom shelves to clean as dirt builds up from shoes. Easy to setup with both my computer and Blackberry phone. The straps last forever. I ended up liking it so much that I bought a second one, so that I could have true stereo sound. Lightweight, waterproof, really sharp looking and comfortable. That would introduce a bit of ambient room noise from the room I was sitting in, but it would also reduce the volume she received. - The bike rack is highly customizable to all kinds of sizes and heights. For $100, you expect much better quality but I feel like PlayStation failed to deliver in that area again. The price was good enough for an experimental pair of flip flops.
