I asked the company to replace the headsets and they did so immediately. Like the product, smart design, especially for the price. Ich empfehle das  They are cute but I would probably order from Steve Madden directly next time. I gambled the crossbars would fit and they did but not quite the way I would have liked. Wore them 90% of the day and my feet didnt hurt like when I wear heels. in a different room this thing must have been 2 metres long no cap. I took off the strap because it bugged me so much. Bought this for my wife. I got a compliment the first day I wore them, and every time after that.
