I wasnt able to use it as intended because my drop hitch has a 45-degree brace connecting the horizontal and vertical shanks of the hitch, and this brace prevents the device from sliding fully onto the shank, It fit my standard ball mount very well and was quick and easy to tighten, as well as remove. This thing is awesome and suspect will last for many years due to the good construction. I only wish it came in a 4-level version. And yet it still tugs at my heartstrings to see so many telephone books thrown away, often still encased in their cheap plastic wrap, obviously not just unwanted but not even judged worthy of perusal. Additionally, the provided carriage bolts that are secured with the use of plastic wing nuts are way too long for some applications which installed on some roofs will cut into the roof of vehicles. Set-up and transferring apps/info was easy peasy. I walked all around Paris for hours without my feet hurting. Love the capability of listening to music and able to hear for conversation. If you need more clarity, there is a youtube video that helps to guide you through the process. Out of the box, setup is easy and the stick functions quite well.
