The uppers are a beautiful, rich, dark-chocolate brown leather, and the insole, a cinnamon-colored suede. Not as comfortable as my other MBT shoes. They lasted and was so comfortable. They do not fit securely for intense sports activity, however, I did jostle my head around to see if they would drop off my head and did they remained in place. Very good sound. This speaker is portable in the sense that it can be moved to any spot in the house with very little setup, and used until the battery depletes. Its a win-win. On Christmas Josh gets Buddy as a Christmas present. If you have medium or wide width feet these are NOT for you. Isotoner is just not the same as it use to be years ago.
