Theres a newer version (3) for Windows. I highly recommend reading all of the Slightly books in order to get the full satisfaction of Wulfrics story, and to understand more of the humor when past characters put in their frequent appearances. It can be rotated to hold the Garmin at the top of the stem (as I have done) or down near the middle of the stem. Anyway, my daughter cannot wear it at all due to the cutting quality issue and smaller size. No installation is needed, just connect to Bluetooth and they’ll be ready in seconds. Maybe I just need to wear them a little longer, but I can work for 5hrs or so and when I wear these, my feet are still really sore at the end of my shift. At least once a day, for me. I have to find ones that are made well, feel comfy, and have a sole that will last. You receive 5 loop bands of varied resistance and a storage bag to keep them in.
