Octopus. Bottom line is Im not currently using it as much as I expected or hoped I would, but if you have the right setup (and pick the right resistance) this should work for you. Every time I pick up my leather covered, chrome edged case, a little smug, smile of satisfaction comes across my face. There is an outer ridge that also hurt the side of my foot. I purchased it knowing that well be having a harsh Minnesota winter, and there is nothing worse than wet boots and gloves when you know that more snow is on the way! I just got it (after 2 days) and I couldnt be happier! and im not your average 82 year old woman. Extendable rods on either side come in handy for scarves, belts, etc. These are so comfortable and cute. Make sure you use a level because the shelves will skew without one.
