Admittedly, I have bigger arms, so the strap is a little tight even when I try loosening it. I noticed the elastic band at the front of the shoe was stretching and my foot was sliding right off the front of the shoe. When I squeezed my bare foot in, not only was it very painful, but I could not see any way that this sandal could ever come anywhere close to being big enough or comfortable. Rails appear well made and great for my purpose in mounting bikes, skis or extra luggage rack. The strap part has come off on one end. Im glad we got the hooks. I ordered this shoe in blue. I did charge the headset to make sure the battery is full and the problem persists Its a shame that Amazon isnt doing anything about counterfeiting. So Im probably the only person in the world who is the proud owner of a $150.
