Semi-hard silicone is not as firm as hard plastic in Airpods, therefore not as tight as Airpods in your ears. As of today i am totally a Keen convert thanks to these shoes! This is my third set to order – my toddler destroyed my first set. It has an ANC/HearThrough button that is useful. I would not recommend buying these if you are looking for comfortable shoes and need to stand/walk for any length of time. It was about $50 but it was terrible.
