Daughter loved them Perfect for my house. It is not firm as the picture shows. Setting up initially was easy without any issue as you would expect from other BT devices. I needed some good shoes for work, and I am very dissatisfied. The trays can be adjusted extremely easily to accommodate different lengths and sizes of bikes.
