My only complaint is that it is not very sturdy - the coat rack frequently "loosens" at the base and I have to tighten every few months or so. While talking on the phone, I have had several people tell me that it was difficult to hear me. Love that I can recharge them now. It flawlessly works on both macOS and Windows 10. We have concrete walls here in Florida so I attached it wouldn’t start for the concrete. Fits as expected, not the best quality but exactly what you’d expect for the price (maybe more?) Delivering colored sound is easy. Surprised to see that this arrived exactly a day after I ordered even during MA’s problems with the covid pandemic. And not even walk in closet height. They look great and general quality is ok, however material is not as sturdy as you would expect.
