It doesnt smell great, but given what it is, I dont exactly expect it to. I have a coat that is quite heavy, as coats go. I am very pleased that I have found these. I hope they make more colors because I love these shoes! If the manufacturers made a larger size for thicker doors I would be very happy to buy one. I fell in love with the brand. He uses it outside for BBQs and it has awesome volume quality. Great speaker for the patio, beach, or afternoon drinks by the pool. My husband walks a lot for work (5 miles a day) as a car salesman’s so he needs shoes that look nice but are still comfortable. I bought these as I have fallen arches and these look like they give good support so of they do the job I would buy these or similar style again.
