I only see a blue LED light at the scroll wheel when charging, not when its on/connected. Do not buy this for RIFT S. Waterproof works great, I havent had to go through heavy storms but it was dry after a drizzle and on the highway. Not bad for the price putting it together was a little chore because the upright Silver Park was down inside the black bottom part and I didnt know where it was I thought the pieces were missing but I managed to find them and get it together its not made for a lot of clothes but it does work.
