It took us a couple of tries before we got all of the tie-downs right and felt comfortable with it on the highway. I have ADD, and SUPER-sensitive hearing. But I received a rack that was obviously damaged (see large crack in picture) during manufacture--quality control should have rejected the cracked shelf before boxing up the whole unit for sale. I just needed a replacement knob so I reached out to customer support and was told to buy it off their website. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat! It took about an hour to put together and all the screws and things needed came presorted and labeled to make putting it together easier. They are not very durable and will loose color after long periods of wearing but for the price you expect that. For the price, these are solid headphones and I definitely recommend them if you need some good USB C cans to rock out with. Once i get some room on the top, the shoe is either slipping off of the heel or I cant lace up the top. I bought this as a gift for a close friend of mine who held on to his wallet WAY longer than he should’ve.
