I have tried multiple cases too in case that is the problem. I contacted them directly for repair advice and expressed how I had difficulty finding a registration number, but wanted to know what my options were. It does not take too much space and it was easy to assemble. Our laundry room does not have a place for a rod, but this is so much better! So I have it set up with a missing screw, which should be fine, I guess, since gravity keeps the top piece on by itself. I am amazed at how it’s integrated itself into my sound system! This machine was stupid easy to put together.
