If you leave the lid of the case open, you can use the right bud while the left is resting in the case, but Im not sure what effect this has on charging. The neoprene makes this waterproof. Couldn’t get a screw into our ceiling even with a concrete drill, should’ve tried these first! If you decide to clip it to your pants, bag, etc, the case will open without you noticing it and will loose your headphones like I did. Love these slides!
