The two sandals were different sizes eventhough they were both marked 11. They even make my feet look brand new! good wood but even with the tool, it was difficult to turn screws. Very protective and arrived quickly. on the outside this is a pretty decent case, but for some reason they decided to put the handle on the wrong side, so when you pick it up, and its not fully zipped, stuff falls out. This is just a case and not useful if you dont have airpods. Good luck getting a refund from a web site all in Chinese. OH, while the sides fit snugly, there is quite a bit of room at the top of the slipper, which doesnt bother me at all. I tried using shoe stretch but did not help much. 5 mm jack was fully inserted and when I moved the wire attached to the jack the noise changed or went away.
