My only gripe about this product is that I didnt find it sooner. The product is fine, a cheap tricep rope, but some of the stuff I was hoping to do with it is difficult or limited due to the length of the rope. Ive used a different trainer (TREK) and assembled another. I paired it with a cargo net but honestly, thats not needed as the bag and attachments alone work awesome. Posted pictures of it. Before I buy anything (and this may sound bad or good lol) I spend atleast a few days researching to find the best item at the lowest price. I bought this to mount onto my 1/10 scale R/C car. No thongs or toe straps, just a simple Teva style nylon sandal with elegant construction. Okay so first of all, Ive read a ton of different comments for this thing. So Ive abandoned New Balance after 8 years, and am now wearing a Yonex wide badminton shoe for my table tennis.
