Took a day for me. This item is a true 11 gauge and 3x3 construction. First, I should note that this product is recently redesigned, and does not match the current reviews on YouTube. Wish it got a bit louder but still loud enough for my liking. Working from home was once a challenge for me, wireless headphones with unstable connections and bad microphones made things even worse. -To power on the stand you have to use the USB port from the ps4, this means that if you finish to play and you want to charge the controller before you play the next day, you need to leave the ps4 on or it wont charge. They are very very nice. When I ordered them from amazon they came in a timely manner, were packaged nicely, etc. It was wider than they should be for a size Medium Soundpeats fall our of my ear right away.
