I called the customer service and got the answer was if it is over a year warranty that I need buy a new pot base as almost the whole cookers price. Also wish it had one or two more gaskets because the two “non-woven fabrics” that are included (meant to go on top shelf) are super flimsy! I wasnt really sure if this will do the job but the truth of the matter is that I am very impressed. It does have a benefit of making songs with lower levels of bass exciting to listen to though. Ive worn them all over the last month or so, and Ive only had one break.
