I disassembled it, soaked it in alcohol overnight, scrubbed vigorously, and rinsed liberally with distilled water. 1-star off only for the incorrect product photo. Its really detailed and tuneful too, so you can tell the difference between bass guitar, upright bass and synthesised bass. Out of all the belts I’ve used this one wraps around me one full time and about 1/4 extra and I’m 220lbs. A Tech at my Vets Office came out to my car to tell me about this product and wondered if I had tried it. :D My feet dont seem to get hot/sweat then end up cold. Hard-wired 3m cable.
