I am disappointed in this matter. I dont think the item was designed to give the average user (not possessing brute force) this much difficulty. When looking through the closet to switch from summer to winter clothing, a large duffel bag can take on the out of season clothing for a few months, leaving more space among items hanging in the closet. It seems to be designed in such a way that it can take weigh distributed on the hanger portion very well. All my jeans and pants are 33-34 waist size, but I went down to 32 for these briefs and bought three packs of 3 in different colors.
