The metal rack is well made, it has notches near where it bends to help making sure it will always bend at the right place. My message to SteelSeries is that it’d be better if you took payment information on a warranty claim, sent a replacement immediately, and then got proof of the destruction. The boards appeared to be in good shape and not scratched. Amazing item! I would NOT recommend you to buy the controllers off amazon. We needed to haul some decking and this saved the day. Very cute design, very soft and cozy. Nice style.
