After wearing just a couple of times (I have not even had them 2 months) the sides of the shoes are coming away from and braking off the sole of the shoe so there is no support. Will try another set and see how they hold up. They are unisex so you can buy for either a woman or a man you just need to know what size to get accordingly. Because of the versatility of the product🙂 I will probably make my own replacement strap for this part out of something with a little elastic give to it. Oncoming traffic can, Im sure, see me just as well as I see them. I ordered size 8 thinking would have some extra room but fits snug. They broke while taking them off my head on the second day !
